-Sticks
Preparation: Start by toasting oatmeal in a pan, in a food processor place dates, almond butter and salt, process until all ingredients are blended. In a bowl, place the processed mixture, add the toasted oats and slivered almonds, you can add chocolate chips if desired. In a pyrex with waxed paper place the mixture and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until the mixture is firm, finally cut into bars.
-Banana rolls
Preparation: In a flour tortilla place peanut butter and a banana on top, roll the tortilla with the banana and cut into pieces.
-Chia pudding
Preparation: In a glass cup, mix chia seeds with milk (or vegetable drink), oatmeal, honey and cinnamon. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, you can also leave it overnight. Add chopped fruit when packing the glass.
