Easter, days to reflect and rest, but also to take advantage of it with the family. If you want to spend time with your little ones in the kitchen, Easter eggs are an excellent idea, since you can include your little ones in the decoration and let them unleash their creativity, here we explain how to prepare them:

-Easter Eggs

Ingredients: 500 grams of melting chocolate, molds for the eggs, cooking brush.

Preparation: Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and mix continuously until thick. Pour a small amount of thick chocolate into the molds and distribute it with the brush, place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and repeat the application to achieve a thick layer. You can fill the eggs as you like, to seal them apply a little melted chocolate on the edges and put them in the refrigerator again. To decorate you can wrap the eggs in cellophane paper.

Another recipe that you can spoil your loved ones with and that some families have made their own for the season is the delicious rice pudding:

Ingredients: 100 grams of rice, 1 liter of milk, 1 can of condensed milk, 100 grams of sugar, 2 cinnamon sticks, 20 grams of butter, peel of 1 lemon. You can also add powdered milk and raisins to taste.

Preparation: Put the milk on medium heat, add the cinnamon sticks, the washed lemon peel and the sugar, when it boils add the previously washed rice, lower the heat and mix, on low heat stir constantly to avoid sticking, add the condensed milk and the powdered milk. When the rice is cooked add the butter and stir until it melts, finally add the raisins.
